Wooden napkin rings are an eco-friendly alternative to plastic or metal napkin rings as wood is a sustainable material and can be easily recycled or composted. The napkin rings are made of untreated wood. They are not painted. To protect them from stains from food, they can be varnished with an oil from specialist retailers.
The color of the napkin rings may darken slightly as a result.
This makes them easy to care for and can simply be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
